OUR DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Order Acceptance
All orders placed on Ahjin Jewellers are subject to order acceptance and inventory availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order if verification checks fail.
2. Delivery Time & Estimation
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners. While over 98% of shipments arrive on or ahead of time, unexpected factors like severe weather, regional transit checkpoints, or peak festive rushes may occasionally alter arrival dates slightly. Every shipment is 100% insured for total peace of mind.
3. Shipping Charges
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over ₹999 across India. Nominal flat-rate shipping is calculated at checkout based on location for orders below ₹999.
4. Damaged Items or Tampered Seals
In case of damage or outer box seal tampering, report within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos to support@ahjin.in for a swift replacement or refund.
5. Incorrect Address & Delivery Attempts
Customers are responsible for providing complete address details and an active phone number. Our courier partner attempts delivery up to 3 times before returning parcels.
6. Changes & Cancellations
Order changes or address modifications are possible only prior to dispatch. Once picked up by our logistics courier, transit routes cannot be altered.
